Descrizione

This 2003 BU Set of coins was minted by The Royal Australian Mint in Canberra and issued by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand & New Zealand Post. The set was packaged in a blister type folding coincard and was inserted in a slipcase.

The set contains six standard definitive coins, 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, $1 & $2.

The NCLT $5 coin is celebrating the Giant Kōkopu which is a threatened species of ray-finned fish in the genus Galaxias, found only in New Zealand. It can reach up to 58 cm in length and 2.7 kg in weight, making it the largest species in the family Galaxiidae.
