Unknown coin to id... [Risolto]

Hello everyone... I tried searching through Numista but no result...

Here's what I know about this coin:
Weight: 0.5 g
Diameter: 15 mm
Metal: Copper

Though it may be a counterfeit, with 16 as the date.

Thank you ZacUK... lol... my pictures and ( I was looking at my coin) with 180 Degrees difference... no wonder I couldn't find it... lol... as for the date... on my coin it is faint but the left portion line of the digit 4 is visible only with a magnifying glass... and it does look similar to this one I found ... as to the forgeries... the forged coin has devices that stand out a lot more... mine has more flat devices and the coat of arms on mine has more details not garbled like on the forged one... although my coin, as suggested on Numista, has more of a coppery look like in the forgery... not entirely however... so we can think both ways... maybe yes - maybe no... either way, thank you so much for you help once again... :))
