Here is a list of South West African banknote issuers that issued banknotes for 10 Shillings, 1 Pound, & 5 Pounds;

Barclays Bank (Dominion, Colonial & Overseas) - 1931 to 1954.

Barclays Bank D.C.O. - 1954 to 1958.

The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited - 1931 to 1954 & 1954 to 1959.

Volkskas Limited - 1949 to 1959.

I believe that "Barclays Bank (Dominion, Colonial & Overseas)" and "Barclays Bank D.C.O." are the same bank, with just different spelling on the banknote, so I added only one entry for them. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
