The following note in the section "Yemen - Arab Republic":

is the same as this note in "Yemen"
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note206250.html
Since the Yemen Arab Republic ceased to exist in 1990 and the note is from 2018, could the first entry be deleted with any owners transfered to the second?
