Hello Ole,

I also have both coins in my possession. I tried to make the same photo as you did (with the red line) and look what came out:

Especially the mintmark! It is much higher on my 'High date' coin compared to your picture... Also the number '20C' seemed to lean a bit to the right but when I try yo rotate the image, the date is in the wrong position and leaning to much to the left.
Your experience on such matters is vastly greater than mine so your thoughts would be appreciated.

But my example isn't nearly as dramatic as yours. Because they are not the same I presume this is machine doubling and not a 'doubled die'?

Hi Tony,

that's interesting, you've found a third variant. When I have finished to put a swap away, I'll have a look at it.

Now the question is, if I should incorporate your newly found variant in my documentation, or if you want to make your own? Please let me know before I start anything. If I do it, I need two hi-res images of your coins, but without the red lines. Up to you really.
