Question: Swappers list barely changing over time

I've noticed that when I filter by Canada to find people closer to home (cheaper postal rates), the list of people shown is more or less 60~70 entries.
Over time most of the names are always the same. I would expect that if Canada is in the Top 10 in # of users and # of new users in the monthly statistics, I would see a much larger number of possible swap partners.

- Is it that the swap partners list only shows the first/top/some criteria ~70? (if this is the case, shouldn't there be a "see more" button at the bottom of the list?)
- Is it that of the hundreds/thousands(?) of Canadian members only these 70 have listed coins to swap?
- Anything I'm doing wrong?
