Hungarian Silver Coin [Risolto]

Pubblicazioni di 5 • visto 126 volte
Hi,

I have this coin which I got as part of a set of Hungarian coins, but I can't identify it. Can anyone help, please?

Diameter is 13-14mm

Thanks

When asking for an identification, it is usually helpful to provide the dimensions (such as mass, diameter, thickness). Would you mind providing those?

Hi, Yes, of course.

My scales aren't sensitive enough to get a weight, so it must be less than a gram. Diameter is 13/14mm. Less than an mm thickness.

Thanks
Hi, it is denar or parvus of king Karol Robert of Anjou. Minted in Kremnica.

This one could be it.

Hi, Yes, that's the one, I think it's the parvus based on which way round the shield is & what the figure is holding. I thought at first it was the denar, but the parvus makes more sense.

Thank you
