This is the first month in Numista's history when French new users were not the largest or second largest group.

There were notable surges in memberships from Benin, Kosovo, Philippines, Sudan, and Uzbekistan.

Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Iceland, Iraq, Jersey, Lebanon, Libya, Lichtenstein, Malta, Mauritius, Myanmar, Namibia, Panama, Puerto Rico, Taiwan and Tanzania each gained one new member.

69% of October's new users belong to one of the Top Ten nations on Numista by user count (USA, France, India, UK, Canada, Belgium, Philippines, Australia, South Africa, Brazil). Pakistan passed Lithuania for 28th rank.

Of the top ten nations, the Philippines grew the fastest in October (5.7% increase), while Belgium grew the slowest (0.88%). France grew by 0.91% and the USA grew by 1.4%.
