entering banknotes issuing authority [Risolto]

I am working on entering my banknotes. When I tried to add the issuing authority, entering the first letter takes me to that part of the list, but it does not let me simplify the list. If I type "L" for "Lower Austria", I have to page through every preceding L until I reach the right line. If I go too fast, I can end up anywhere from A through Z, even though I identified my first letter.

If possible it would be helpful if typing the first letter reduces the list to only the issuers that start with that letter. It would be even nicer if I could follow with typing the second and third letters and further reducing the options list as I add more letters.

I would also like being able to type the overall identifier of "Austria" and only have a list of the relevant options within Austria.
