I've found this coin :
1 forint 1989
5 gr - 23,4mm - copper-nickel.

Usually, this coin is made of aluminium.
Would this coin have been struck on a wrong flank?

Any more info on this coin?
The Adamovszky catalogue (2012 edition) only lists the nickel variety for 1 forint 1989, without any other information about it though. Since the same catalogue also lists other such varieties for different denominations of 1980's (like 2 Forint - Hungary – Numista struck in aluminium), it seems that your 1 forint was indeed accidentally minted from different metal.
Thank you
any idea if the coin worth something or not?
Yes, it appears to be struck on a 5 forint planchet. The planchet is slightly bigger than the design, which is consistent with coin sizes, as 5 forint is slightly (≈1 mm) bigger than 1 forint.
Forintportal only mentions a struck on 2 forint planchet error, and says it is extremely rare. So I assume same is true for this one. It should be valuable, at least if you sell it in Hungary, although I don't think it is possible to say how valuable without putting it on auction

Just for the clarification, are you sure that your coin is from copper-nickel and not pure nickel? Just that the nickel variety is the only one listed in the catalogue for this year, but maybe I'm putting too much faith in the catalogue:) In any case, congratulations to the interesting variety!
Pure nickel - indeed.
Worth something?
According to the Hungarian coin catalogue and forintportal.hu, all these Hungarian coins struck on wrong planchets are quite rare. However, none of the sources gives exact values. If I understood it correctly, the Adamovszky catalogue gives the “collector's value” (gyüjtői ár) for this particular coin, meaning it is a very specific variety and the price entirely depends on how much the particular collector who might be looking for it is willing to pay.
So I think it would be best to either directly find the collector who would like to buy/swap this coin, or to put it in the auction and see how it will turn out (as Ma9nWaRr10 suggested earlier). I think that at least some Hungarian collectors would pay quite a lot for such variety, although I really can't say how much approximately. If it helps, you can have a look at this Hungarian website, for example, and see the prices of other varieties of Hungarian socialist coins as a reference.
