New "My coins" sort wiev

On "My coins" page, there are four types of sort (1) Face value, (2) Ruling authority, (3) Date and (4) Reference.

Please add new one, which is a combination of "Face value" + "Reference". Only this way, user can display and check which coins he has in collection within certain "Currency" and are displayed with "reference" in order A-Z.

Many printed catalogues do not have all coins/notes included in them, but are usually printed in (Currency&)"Reference" order. With this update I believe it will be easier to parallelly check the printed catalogue and the one on Numista. Pieces without reference would be displayed on Numista at the end or at the beginning. Currently coins with and without reference cannot be listed at the same time within same or single currency (with reference in A-Z order).
