at first I thought this coin:

I think now it is just similar, but for start maybe it’s good :)

Dont have a scale with me so icant say the weight but the size is 18,7mm. So pretty much same as euro 2 cent have.

The coin is similar but not the same.
IT looks like on my coin there is a guy who is holding 2 flags?

That cross is a 'Jerusalem Cross' (cross with four stars). Basically it's a sumbol that almost all coins in medieval christian countries featured at some point. Hope this helps other identifiers, tho its really vague.
