It looks like they are the same types and they just mistakenly exist in Numista and we need merging them into a single entry consolidating all the mint years from both entries. But if they are different , then I guerss the images and descriptions are incorect and need updating!
At first glance, some of the lettering on both the obverse and reverse is what immediately caught my eye and a very slight weight difference although not significant. look a little more closely or read the descriptions about the obverses and reverses and you should see it.
I personally don't see any significant differences, I don't know if certain years were minted for specific purposes but I highly doubt that.
Differences in lettering like misspellings, missing letters, doubling or switching of letters and numbers are not uncommon for medieval coins of this type (the Dreipölker for example looks like it has a double M instead of MA). There are, depending on mintage, dozens or hundreds of hand carved dies all slightly different and don't warrant a different type, at least in the KM way but they did it anyway. Or what is more likely the pictures of one of the entries is wrong.
Please enlighten us were you spotted the major differences maybe I am blind.
This coin is generally called a Dreipölker which equals to 1/24 Taler.
There are many variants so it would be better to list the coins of this type by Neumann references.

Thank you for your answers I am also inclined to think that these coins are the same and are listed erroneously as two different types. I think we should get them merged in Numista catalog to avoid duplication and confusion. And examining the images of these coins I can see the same exactly type. Is there any possibility to merge the entries? Thank you! Alex
