If you click Greece in the country list the second drachma is not shown, as shown by the attached picture

If there are no coins issued and I doubt one does whilst in a hyperinflation, there is also no need to display it in the coin section.

There weren't any coins issued under the second modern drachma (as far as I know). If there were, they would have been pulled from circulation very fast due to inflation, or just never issued in the first place.
