When I register past auction sale I need to add a sold price including buyer's fee which is really hard to do because I need to find an auction rules and add some percentage.
Moreover, as I can add the price without figures after dots, I have to round the result.
Additionally I may need to persuade a referee that I added buyers fee... And referee needs to find an amount to check it.
I propose to add buyer's fee to the database to each auction and add it automatically. I believe it will be much more useful then the system we have now.
UPD: also it would be great for the referee to have a possibility to modify registered auction results

It's a nice idea but it's more complicated than that. Some auction houses give a price, buyer's fee included (f.i. Heritage Auctions), others don't, still other's don't give any information whether buyer's fee is included or not. We have to avoid buyer's fee is added automatically to prices of auction houses who already included it in the sold price.
So we not only have to find out what the buyer's fee is for each of the auction houses, but also if it's already included or not.
However I pay for a coin, specifically from overseas, won't there normally be a fee of some kind.
It doesn't really matter to me because I add all fees and postage to the cost of a coin. When I purchase large lots I divide the the number of coins into the total price + postage. These are the values that I'll add to the catalog.

We have limited amount of auctions. And a possible task is to check their rules, check fees and add some formulas. I've recently added coins from a couple of auctions, fees were 12% and 17% but not lower 2 EUR. Quite significant premium to not to be mentioned

Yes indeed, and these are the cheap ones. A lot of auction houses ask 20 to 23 %, then the premium is even more significant.

I do the same (except that I add it to my excel sheet in stead of the catalog.
BUT we are talking about a different approach now. You're talking about what a certain coin costs you and that justly includes all costs (purchase, fees, postage, eventual import taxes etc.). In the "Past auction sale" we're talking about the "sold price". And that's with the unavoidable buyer's fee (and an eventual fee per lot, although this is mostly negligible) but without the shipment cost because if you attend the auction in person, the shipment cost is zero.
Automatically adding the buyer's fee seems difficult for two reasons:
For old auctions, the amount of the fee might be difficult to know, since some websites show only the latest pricing of their fees.
Some auction houses apply different fees depending on their auction, and sometimes different fees depending on the channel through which you placed the bid, which we cannot know.
For instance, CNG charges 20% for bids through their website and 22.5% for other channels for their auction Triton XXIV, and 18% for their Electronic Auction 485.
Perhaps we could just have a checkbox to inform whether fees are included or not, for information purpose, and not try to calculate the price including the buyer's fee.
Shipping fees and payment method fees should definitely be excluded, since they depend on the buyer and they are not known.
Cita: "Essor Prof"Suggestion. Some auction houses give a realized price buyer's fee included, others give it with buyer's fee not included. Isn't it possible to add a few boxes to tick: buyer's fee included - buyer's fee excluded and maybe a third box when there is no information if buyer's fee is included or excluded?
That was my suggestion some time ago.
And you're correct about the different fees which makes it all very complicated. Heritage Europe also has a different fee for bidding on line versus bidding on site in the auction room (it might have been changed recently but this was always the case).
Cita: "Xavier"This is implemented, with Essor Prof's checkbox solution
Is there a possibility to edit already made past auction sales when that check box wasn't available yet? Since this new past auction sales feature isn't that long implemented, all the already made ones are still in my change requests list so I can still easily edit them when there is a possibility to do so.

Xavier, no news about this? They will slowly disappear from my change requests list.
There will be no edit functionality for the moment.
I can still edit directly in database if you tell me what to change.
Otherwise, I'll just edit all the sales added before this functionality was implemented. They are not so many, so that should not be a big deal.
