Hi,

Just after any opinions on this 1796 Kronenthaler - Franz II Type II (Milan) https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces23333.html.

Size, weight, & inscription, also on the edge, all check out. It is medal orientated (both sides the same way), but according to this it's a perfectly possible variant https://colnect.com/en/coins/coin/118409-1_Crocione_Kronenthaler_Franz_II-Milan_1714~1796_-_Duchy_under_Austrian_Habsburgs-Italian_States.

Am I missing anything which looks out of place?

Thanks

Surface looks as it should, has wear I see regularly on such coins, size and weight match, has edge letters. Looks good to me.

The only thing I noticed was the lack of flowers next to the edge lettering, but that I think I've seen it without too.
It's definitely authentic. There is no reason to believe it isn't. All of the details (weight, edge, etc.) are correct and it has the look of a real one.

Thank you. I was sure it was, but wanted to be certain as it wasn't cheap.

Thanks!
