These are taken from two real users, the first one shows the usual "View the swaplist" but it's nowhere to be found on the second even when they have coins on offer.

When looking at a user's profile and the coins for swap, for some users the "View the swaplist" is not there, even when the user doesn't have a "Do not want to swap for the moment" sign.
These are taken from two real users, the first one shows the usual "View the swaplist" but it's nowhere to be found on the second even when they have coins on offer.
Can someone explain?
