Add ruling authority of Mewar, Princely state [Risolto]

This may be the most incomplete list of ruling authorities I've ever submitted and hopefully ever will, but wow, information was hard to find even of the two I've proposed here. I can't get the coins older than those under Prince Fateh Singh to line up with the priviuse rulers of Mewar, but since I like to have my coins assigned a ruling authtority, I will dare to suggest to add the two last Princes of Mewar as a minimum.
