Ireland 1760s? halfpenny No Obverse? Interesting Mint error

Hi Guys. Has anyone come across anything like this before and shed any light on it?
It has a enlarged harp too on it. Think its a 1769 half penny but there is no date on it?

1768 date on second image - all is reversed including HIBERNIA above the harp.
Looks like someone made it somehow. And on a smaller size planchet,
so all details do not fit, including part of the cut off date.

Thanks Zac for the reply. No coins were minted in 1798 for this type. Its certainly an interesting piece. I appreciate it may be difficult but could you give an approximate value?

Though the last number looks like the top of an 8 I guess maybe the top of a 9 instead.
