Questionable Authenticity of these two gold coins

Hi! ive recently won these items from Ebay, but i highly doubt their authenticity of them! can they be real?

Look like brass to me. Or maybe gold-plated brass.
Probably thin coins too, to make putting that rough hole through easier.
Will see what other members think.

It might be real. If fake it is well done. can you get an accurate weight? allowing for wear and hole it should weigh about 1.5g

​i do agree with you. Ducat looks 99% fake to me. i asked seller for more information and waiting for reply.

If, as Mr Midnight says, the weight is good, you've likely got an authentic coin, as these often show up holed, and all the details are correct.

im 80% sure that cedid mahmudiye is real now, but can that ducat weight 0.06g less than other ones? im pretty lost here now.

​I am not judging whether the coin is authentic or not, you asked about the weight discrepancy. I tend to think it is not authentic but you have to make that determination as to whether it is gold or not. Perhaps with a gold test at a jeweler.
