Numist deadline for feedback [Risolto]

I recently had a package coming from Europe that was stolen during delivery, according to Correios do Brazil, my country. I communicated the counterparty, the friend who made the swap with me, and he was to check together with the post office in his country, how the refund would be in order to be able to at least return an equivalent value, or close to it, to me. Only that I would like, even for safety on my part, to give feedback before it is no longer possible to do this. How long could I expect to do this feedback?
