In my opinion quality of the coin on this picture is not very high. Is something special on this photo I can't see?

An imperfect picture is better than no picture. Numista relies on users to submit photos that meet copyright requirements. Unless someone submits a new photo of a better example of that coin, that's the photo we have.
It's also worth considering that despite the unusual patina, the details on that coin are excellent.
This is an UNC or at most AU coin and the picture is sharp so I don't see a problem here.
What you call imperfect others might call beautiful toning (personally I'm not a fan of the spottiness) and the ref seems to be the later kind.

I find such coins beautiful, nice patina... I would dislike having all pictures straight from surgery room, all clean and perfect...
