I was using Windows 7 and Google Chrome since three years.
Around one week before, I had to format my hard disk and reinstall Windows 7 and Google Chrome back.
Ever since, I am unable to open Numista in Google Chrome as I am getting the below error.
This Certificate has expired, Valid from 30-08-2021 to 28-11-2021.
I tried changing the date to December, 2021 also, But it's still Not Opening.
Can someone please help me out...

Now, it's giving this error, NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID.
I tried changing the date from 1st Nov, 2021 to one year early and one year ahead. Even then, Its not opening...
This error means your computer and what ever chrome is comparing it don't have the same date-time stamp (because you've changed it, and no you normally can't set your clock to fix an invalid certificate).
But there don't seen to be any other users with this problem right now, usually the admin has to renew the certificates but then the problem would be site-wide.
Dear friends. Its working fine in Firefox.
I want Chrome only as I have saved Bookmarks from the last five years.
My office friend has suggested to reinstall Windows.
I am doing now. Hope this gets solved...
Uninstalled Windows and Re-Installed Windows 7 and Chrome again. Numista is still it's not opening.
Have installed Firefox and using it for the time being.
Thank you All for your kind help. Stay Safe...

I suppose after re-installing Windows 7 you again installed the latest version of Chrome again? I know this latest version works fine on rsirian1's Windows 7 32 bits computer, but you know, computers are a strange thing. It can't be difficult to find a website where you can download an earlier version of Chrome. Maybe that works for you?
You can't install an older version of Chrome because you've already installed the latest one. Even when deinstalling a program (like that latest Chrome version) often some parts stay behind on your hard drive causing an older version can't be installed. If you ever format your hard drive again, try installing an older version of Chrome after you reinstall Windows.

Buy a new computer with Windows 11.
BTW...I tried setting the clock in the BIOS to 2001. Chrome recognized it was the wrong date and refused to run until I fixed it.
Not everyone can afford to buy a new computer I think it only requires a CR2032 battery to fix it, and that's probably only a small investment.
