The rotation of the reverse image of this coin (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces305471.html) is incorrect. All the 20 pesos coins in this series are coin alignment, which means that the reverse image should be rotated 180 degrees.
I've done a request and we have to see if it gets approved in the near future.
Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.

Based on what?
That the image (at the moment) was theoretically correct because it would show the same if it was flipped in the coin alignment position (same as a quarter) but with it rotated 180 degrees it shows more of the lettering the correct way up so you can read it. Finally as what smvdbrink said "All the 20 pesos coins in this series are coin alignment" because it's says variable which it should say coin alignment.

To me the mint mark should be right side up. Turning it 180° would put the mint mark upside down. With that in mind I decided to base it on something other than "I think." I checked the web site of the mint that made it and they believe it should be this way:

First, pictures have been removed as currently we do not have explicit authorization from Banxico to use their images. If somebody has the authorization or link to licenses etc., you can forward it to me and the source would be added to the database as other sources.
Then on this specific coin, the design is built by reflection of the 2 buildings and the reverse is then alternatively shown with either Templo Mayor upwards or Cathedral upwards.
The main image on Numista is an illustration of the design, not necessarily the representation of the exact coin alignement. There is a dedicated field for this data: Orientation...which appears to be currently set as variable...
I leave it to members who have the coin to submit pictures of their coin for this page.

Think before acting, please
This is the same happening to the Solomon Islands 20 cent coins.

This one?
Hardly the same since it looks identical after rotating it 180° . Arguing that the alignment should be coin rather than medal also doesn't make sense.
Only if you take into consideration that ALL other coins from the Solomon Islands are with medal orientation (I think it's because of the Queen, Canada, Barbados, Australia are all medal oriented, ie I think all commonwealth coins with the royalty are medals, trivia?)

That's one of the reasons I thought it wouldn't make sense to argue it should be coin alignment. That and the fact that both would technically be accurate. Bottom line, these coins are not similar to the one of the OP in that they don't have an up and down side to argue about.
Just for the fun of I tried to set a search for "Elizabeth" and "coin orientation" in numista, but it's a field you can not search for. I just wanted to see, if all commonwealth coins are medal oriented or not. That's all
Ha! I did that too and found the same thing which is interesting considering the current movement to add several more orientations to the current ones. Seems to me to only be useful if you can add that to a search.

Ask for it, I have the field in my collection sheet, but I don't have the queen, just the country names..... so no chance, just sequential and that I don't like.
