Change in the behaviour of some drop-down lists [Risolto]

Hello,

I noticed a different behaviour lately for some drop-down fields, e.g. this one:


It used to be enough to click once in the "All issuers" field and start typing.
Now I need to click twice. Typing after the first click won't work.

Other similar fields have the same problem (including some in the submission form)

Is this an intended "feature"? I prefer the previous mechanics.

I fallen back the update which broke this behaviour.
