What is the difference between these two coins... [Risolto]

I would like to know what is the difference between these two Tri Metallic 20 Francs of France.
The coins are. 20 Francs and 20 francs Mont Saint Michel.

Because both are issued between 1992-2001 with 9 gms, Diameter 27 mm and Thickness 2.23 mm each.

It is an old issue, a separeted Number for Proof version, the numbers needed to be merged

The edges of the proofs seem to be smooth and that's way they were split of the main page.
