Okay, I found a solution, but Numista is not logical here - in my opinion.
To have your individual wish list (= coins individually marked) indicated correctly, you must NOT set
any general criteria. Otherwise the general criteria overrun the individual wish list, which is disturbing, I would say. A combination of the coin sets is apparently not possible or really difficult to understand.
There is a lot of interpretation in the current set up:
1)
Settings
* I think the settings are unclear, at least for new users: What is the difference between "coins I'm missing" vs. "my wish list" ?
* I can exclude "but not coins I don't wish" -> however, coins I explicitly excluded still appear in the search list
2)
Define my wishes
* Apparently, the next steps specify a list for Settings above, but which of the sets? Missing coins, wish list, unwish list?
3)
Coins or banknotes
* This is a clear indication, I can reduce the total Numista database here to coins etc.
* A perfect solution would be to have this option for all other sets, too.
4)
Select individually
* This point just shows the lists, it is not an option. There isn't any possibility to cut and work with these individual sets, e.g. exclude/add/cut with individual lists. This would greatly enhance the site in my view.
5)
Specify criteria
* Now, the general filters are great (and dispite my whole argument here I will move my collection to Numista),
* but apparently a selection here overrules the individual lists, it adds to the list instead of cutting down as e.g. the options in 3).
* and I still don't know, what I define here: "Missing coins", "Coins that I want"?
The great sites like Amazon or Ebay have a filter menue in a side bar so the user always knows his selection. I could see a great enhancement for Numista in this aspect.
...I know I'm talking too much, sorry for that. Blue Monday and too much red wine...
