I have been adding to the catalog for County of Hainaut, and I know there are pending plans to restructure Low Countries, but in the meantime, here is a proposed list of Ruling Authorities, in case it can be helpful.
As a practical matter, I cannot find a coin attributed in Hainaut before Joan, so I have not included any rulers from the House of Flanders before this, but they can be found (and the list made much longer) in the Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Count_of_Hainaut .

(note: I am making these distinctions with the reign of Jacqueline because during this reign we have Hainaut issues (a) in only Jacqueline's name, (b) issues only in John's name (as Duke of Brabant and Count of Hainaut, but the coins struck in Hainaut at Valenciennes), (c) issues in both Jacqueline's and Philip's names, and (d) issues in only Philip's name, so it might be worth providing these options).
