The Certificate of Authenticity indicates UK is issuing authority. I don't see how the possible market (India) should be the issuer. What about Somalia and Niue where the markets are anywhere but the issuing countries and don't tell me the coins are minted there. So location of mint should not be a factor, especially if done under licence from another mint, as in this case.

Will, these Indian Sovereigns & 1/2 Sovereigns were struck IN India at a mint in Delhi that was given a licence by the Royal Mint.

Niue & Somalia don't have their own mints.

Does not matter where they are selling them, this is still UK coinage.
