Very confusing but I'm guessing the OP is telling us the measurements of the coin they think is a dime.  Not related to this post about the dollar.

Correct.  I think that's the user-supplied measurements for their own coin.  It appears to be within tolerance for what appears to more closely match the measurements of an 1802 Draped Bust Dollar coin.  I don't know why this thread was updated with their measurements.
