MPCC 2022 - Categories A and B votes for the Semifinal

Please find here the votes of the Semi-Finals.

As both categories have just 3 coins left, one in each will be randomly chosen to pass to the finals.

In 4 days the votes for the finals will take place and at the same time we will proceed with Categories C and D of the MPCC

Sorry, but automatically passing coins to the final at this stage is a joke. Will one of the coins be automatically crowned winner?

​I agree. It' fine to automatically pass a coin to the next roubd, but not to the finals.

​Agree. You should not give byes to another round if the next round also needs a bye. 2 / 4 / 8 /16 /32 per round!

This is tough and I’m sure no matter what you do there will always be members that don’t agree. Maybe in this case the loser has a second chance round against the 3rd coin rather than that coin just getting a free pass to the finals. Whatever you decide I’m sure it will be fine after all you volunteered to organize this when no one else offered to and I personally appreciate that.

I think all of you are correct and I agree.
We will let the second placed coin from the last round pass to the semis so that we will have 4 coins left here.
