Issuer counting and exonumia

If I add this fantasy coin, I get Issuers+1

Wich does not happen if I add fantasy currency from other countries.

Might not be an important bug but is something issuers freak hunters like me get bothered

I guess the issuers++ should not work for exonumia.

This is not a bug in the issuers count.
It occurs because the coin is listed as a offitial coin, not a an exonumia.
When the change to move it to exonumia will be accepted, the count + 1 issuers will not change.

We need only ro get a source that this is an exonumia to open a catalog modification request.
