If you refer to the values within the mintage section, I guess it could be due to wrong values entered when adding price. Not an "uncommon" problem for the value feature.

You may open a "bug" ticket for this to allow tracking.

You also can often get foreign money for cheap ... the sellers just want to get rid of unspendable money at a slight loss.
