The idea is to get this listed in the forum so that I don't have to defend myself as the Isle of Man ref every decade or so when it's rediscovered that Manx crowns have not always matched those of the UK. This way I can just refer them to the forum. Also, there isn't really a noble or angel currency, although there is a category. So it is useful to be able to index the coins so they are still in order...most are presently indexed to a whole number one...but I need to index them to their actual value...

Cita: "ceh2019"Is the idea to include these coins in the main Manx currency rather than separate angel, noble and crown?
Not a good idea to include them under the main Manx decimal currency coins, as Angels, Crowns, & Nobles are now classed as bullion medal-coin denominations.

Sound sensible. Do you have a link to an official IoM website that states these valuations?

tynwald.org.im lists all law of Man. you can go there and google crown, crowns, coins, banknotes, platina, angels, and nobles...and be provided with days worth of reading. It is actually a pretty cool website.
