[SOLVED] Ethiopia KM# 47, KM# 47.1, KM# 47.2 and KM# 47.3 [Risolto]

When I was looking for the 50 Santeem from Ethiopia, I found an inconsistency in our catalogue:



According to Krause, there are 3 types:

47.1 Minted in
EE1969 (1977)

47.2 Minted in
EE1969 (1977)
EE1996 (2004)
EE1997 (2005)
EE2000 (2008)
EE2004 (2012)

47.3 Minted in
EE1969 (1977)

From the 46th Edition (2019) of the SCWC 1901-2000:

Could some referee look into this and fix this please?

​Seems rather obvious to me. KM#47.2 appears on two separate coin pages. It should be removed from N# 4759.

This is not a new request. It was discussed in 2016 in this post: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic54834.html and again on 18-FEB-2022 here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic117720.html (note the subject line references wrong KM number). Problems with these two pages were also brought up by you in 2020: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic90997.html

Maybe this can finally get fixed?

I forgot to mention the EE1996 (2004) and EE1997 (2005) need to be removed from the N# 4759 page as pointed out in bjherbison post.

Also, you "fixed" your original post and now have two EE1696 (1977) lines.

​No, if you look at https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces4759.html, there is still a year line with KM# 47.2 and that should not be there. Furthermore, two lines refer to KM# 47a, but that doesn't exist: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?r=ethiopia%20km47a&ct=coin.

Now it's sorted out.
