Afghanistan/Northwest India with dragon?

Best estimate is 5th or 6th century Afghanistan/NW India. Not sure if this is a dragon or some animal figure. 13mm across. 13mm thickness. Looks to be bronze or copper.
So I may be close to identifying this one. It has some comparisons to this one on the site below and may be a lion not a dragon and may be from the Mamluk Sultanate. Still checking if anyone has a more precise identification.

I think it's getting closer than your original identification (in the title), but it's not quite it because the legends don't seem to match at all.

There doesn't seem to be any match in the catalogue, but it's likely that it is far from a complete listing.

Addendum: There are only 98 coins identified as Mamluk in Zeno.
