So I may be close to identifying this one. It has some comparisons to this one on the site below and may be a lion not a dragon and may be from the Mamluk Sultanate. Still checking if anyone has a more precise identification.

I think it's getting closer than your original identification (in the title), but it's not quite it because the legends don't seem to match at all.
There
doesn't seem to be any match in the catalogue , but it's likely that it is far from a complete listing.
Addendum: There are
