Approval process for countries without referees. [Risolto]

How does the process of approving new coins work for countries without referees? I have sent a request around 3 weeks ago and it is still pending so I am curious if it always takes long or is it because the country I sent the request for has no referee?

Requests for issuers without referees are sent to a list shared by master referees.
These will be dealt with but it takes a bit more time than issuers with referees.

Eventually, you request should be solved in the coming week.

It also depends on quality of given request (I have not seen yours), sometimes people add incomplete or messy additions and these take considerably more time to process.
