Messages take a long time to load [Risolto]

Friends could help me to change some settings, so that the received messages would load faster? It takes a long time for the messages to appear, and after selecting the message to read, it takes a long time too. I deleted some older messages, not sure if this helps or not? Is there any setting to stay in proxy, or something similar, to load faster? Any configuration suggestions? I appreciate any help, thanks!

Deleting old ones helps.

Thank you for the answer, it has already deleted many messages, it has not improved much. Is there anything else I could do to help even more?

Move the once you really want to keep to the savebox so that only new messages and very recent ones remain.

Results per page:
It exists already on the forum [50 per page then goes to next page]
It exists already in searches [Results per page: 10 - 20 - 50 - 100 - 200 options]
So why does the site not use the same system for Messages?
I have, on my one message page, all messages [about 3,400] going back to 2011 year -
no option for say 50 per page like on the forum.

I remembered there was somewhere which already mentioned this,
