Advice on photos [Risolto]

Pubblicazioni di 7 • visto 96 volte

Lately, I have only been able to attach one photo to a message when negotiating a swap for instance. If I attempt to add a second photo, (reverse photo with the obverse photo for example) the first photo is deleted and only the second photo is attached to the message. What am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

When I hit space it gets deleted, if I hit return it gets deleted and if I click next to the picture on blank space and upload a new one it gets deleted.

I had to write text before uploading multiple pictures. Like XXX XXXX XXX and click in between to have an unselected place for the pictures.

Or select multiple images and drag and drop them but you can't have them side by side only one above the other, otherwise … deleted.

Thank you, I will try that.

Not sure about messages but on forum replies I put a space between them. Example >

where after the first picture is uploaded I click on the third icon above the picture box,

which puts it on the left - leaving room at the middle and right for more pictures -

as in three on a line, unless they are too large. Once that first picture is on the left, I click the mouse

anywhere on a blank space to the right of the picture (in so doing then the border around

that picture disappears) plus I press the space bar, so that a gap is made between first and second pictures.

To make those two, I firstly right-clicked on the previous picture and chose Copy then below my

five lines of reply I right-clicked again then Paste was chosen. Then click + space followed by

uploading a new second picture. Even though I was only going to upload those two, I still clicked

on the right of that second picture followed by pressing the space bar.

If there is an error in uploading, say putting the same image twice, just click on one of them and

press the space bar and it will disappear. So that is the main way to stop losing pictures -

after upload click somewhere else on the reply box, so more pictures can be added or

more text. Hope that helps.

An example from a few days ago where I added 12 pictures,

with a space between the two pictures on a line,

then added text then repeated with more pictures and text.

Total six lines of two pictures on each.

Maybe the space is not important but I always like to add it.

I guess messages would do the same.

Thanks for taking the time for the explanation. Just played with it a little and I got it now. It does work on the private messages such as in a swap.

I click the mouse anywhere on a blank space to the right of the picture (in so doing then the border around

that picture disappears)

That is what I thought should work but yesterday when I tried the frame did not disappear so I had to write text (insert spaces) before uploading.

Still can't do it without adding text first, when I click on ‘side image’ I can get the frame off but then I the images on the right and when I delete the space the frames are active again resulting in an overwrite with the next keyboard input.

I have to hit the right arrow key then the image is de-selected and a new image can be inserted or a new line of text can get written.
