Looking up some Soviet coins I had, I stumbled on these two pattern types, which were labeled as “25 kopecks” and “1856”, even though they were clearly 20 (not 25) and 1956 (not 1856).

 

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to edit the lines in a regular change request, so I'm posting this here (please move this thread if it's in the wrong place).
