I have acquired this coin and it appears to be in proof condition but the listing does not mention “proof”. Anyone know about this? Thanks.

Any photos?

Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.

Yours is a very good example, maybe you should send it to PCGS because they have graded a few of them (According to their population report).

None of those are proofs.

I have been collecting coins for 60 years and I know what a proof looks like. Those pictures are all the same coin;I am not a great photographer.

Sorry but none of the coins in that link were graded as Proofs.  They were all graded as MS.  MS stands for mint state and is used to used to denote a business strike coin that never has been in circulation.  If they were grading a Proof they would be graded as PR.  I'm not saying that proofs of this coin don't exist or that your coin is not a Proof just that the link WC gave does not prove that Proofs exist.  Perhaps you can keep looking for some documentation Proofs were actually minted.  Or better yet, submit your coin to PCGS or NGC and see if they grade it as a Proof.

I know but I gave the link as a reference and like you stated later submitted to them to see if they give the OP a MS grade, proof like or proof.

@ Pence in the title = 2 Pence if you hit the shift key too fast.

Putting the KM number in the title was a dead giveaway.
