My apologies, I was thinking the other mouse version.  This version the OP is showing ends at 2006.  Also, the creator of the page seems to have mistaken the © symbol for the Osborne Coinage company logo.

 

I'll submit some changes.

Ok, it was a lot of edits, but it matches the resource I've used.  Joe Lewis has clearly done a crazy good job categorizing these tokens.  There are so many it's really my go-to.
