is this coin real or not?

I have my eyes on a particular coin… the seller mentioned that this coin weighs 28 grams without the holder, while the coin should weigh roughly 26.-something grams. I know coins that are a little underweight can be ok as they tend to lose a little weight to wear but coins that are a little overweight? Not so sure. Also, the “c” looks a bit off. I am wondering if anyone might be able to weigh in on whether this is a legit coin or not.

 My opinion - clearly a fake. Looks like it was made yesterday - and not of silver.

The fact that it has overweight is allready a big sign of being a fake.
