I can upload a private picture by a coin, but when I want to use the same picture by another coin and I upload it than that picture is added twice. This means that I use extra (unnecessary) space!
How can I use the same picture for different coins (without uploading it)?
If you have the same coin in UNC you don't need to add them multiple times just edit your entry and increase the amount.
Edit: Those who can read have a clear advantage 🙈
If the coin is part of a set I would edit/crop the pictures so only the receptive coin is shown or if its UNC anyway not add a picture at all.
I just wouldn't hold my breath for a set implementation on Numista.
This isn’t where I’m talking about!
I have fe. a coincard with a coin (10guilder) and an exonumia (10ecu); than I will put the same picture by both coins without uploading twice that picture of that coincard.
I use now 4 different pictures, but have added this 9 times for 9 different coins/Exonumia/(bancnotes). One picture I added/uploaded to 4 different coins.
By reusing the same picture I have to use less of storage.
I'll go back to my response. Until what you want is available (if ever) you can use one picture for multiple entries by adding the picture url to comments like this:
Click on the link, see the picture. Not elegant but works.
