Members who want to exchange should not be listed if they have elected they don't want to make swaps at present

I seem to be wasting a lot of time these days, looking for potential swap partners (identified as members who want to swap a particular item)….

 Only to find when I go to initiate a swap that they “don't want to swap at the moment”…

On some items there are as many as 50% of users in this category, literally wasting hours trawling thru name after name who either doesn't want to swap, or who has never swapped (and don't appear to have intention to ever swap after years of being a Numista member without ever having swapped)….

It would seem a great and simple idea that:-

- when someone elects to opt out of swapping for a period their name does NOT appear as an option on an items list of members who want to swap, AND

-  that members who have never had a swap be listed AFTER those who have a swap history in the ""Get this coin

Members from this site want to exchange it:" listing.

That way those who genuinely want to swap can be easily found more efficiently

Stick with the dark blue members.  Avoid the light blue members (they're the ones that don't want to swap for the moment).  Members who don't want to swap at all currently are removed from the list.
