Why do country colors keep changing

Yesterday Brazil was same color as Russia today its not even though I haven't added any Brazil coins lately

Doesn't necessarily have to do anything with adding/removing Brazilian coins. It could also be that you've changed the number of USA coins  which could move the whole spectrum.

It is not a bug,  the grade goes gray to red, if you change the number of coins, you change the color.
