Hello,

For this catalog the reference number is always “Page”  + a page number, luckily it’s understandable in french and in English but it’s a language independent field and this wrong usage will result in a word non understandable if we open Numista in others language like Spanish were page = página

Can someone get the mess sort out ?

I use “p.” Instead of “page” in those cases, not perfect but…

It's not the best but I used to do the same.

As there is no other division except for pages, I guess we can remove that entirely and keep just the numbers.

Who will take care of that? Page or Pages can just be removed.

I will mark this as done (although it is not yet), because this will be highlighted to the referees via robot.

Yes, this was not yet put into practice. It is also connected with this: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic126876.html#p1045439

Any News on this topic ?

Beside the Page … we have now Manque …

French is becoming a standard international language thanks to referee hard work.

I sent a change request on this example. Feel free to do the same if you detect other issues like that :-)

I do it to correct punctual errors but this case is far to be punctual, someone took the Brou catalogue and made change on every pages, what puzzled me it’s why a referee would ever accept all these changes? Or maybe there is a change in the guideline that I am not aware ?

This is a clear case of users wrong behavior supported by referee, this can’t be solved by CR, it should be notified to referee and ask him to get the mess sort out …

I dont understand : i found only 1 occurence of this ”manque"

I am speaking about the original subject and as it didn’t get solved users started to be creative with new French words.
