All of them are common and circulated. Im from Croatia so prices may vary depending on the country. All of them are worth less than 10€. These are my estimates but i know these are common so not worth much. Gorgeous notes tho.
I've heard from a friend that the signatures effect the value and that certain combinations of them are rare. Do you agree with this? If so I can send the signatures on the bills when I get home today.

Well, they do but i don't know enough about russian imperial signatures. For most people a signature wouldn't matter since they would just want the banknote type. There are people who collect all years of a type, but russian signatures i think its a minority. I have some of these notes you posted and extra ones, some with 3% to 10% on numista rarity thing for signatures and i paid dirt cheap for them. That's just my opinion.
I check my signatures just in case, 3 of them are in the 3 to 10 percent area like you mentioned, but one of them is konshin and naumov on the 1909 1 Ruble. It is a %.8 here on numista.

Signatures are Ivan Shipov and Bogatyriov, and the precis is ГБ, which means the note is from 1912-1917.
I used this link http://banknote.ws/COLLECTION/countries/EUR/RUS/RUS-GENERAL/RUS-IMP.htm for the Signatures and they all matched in the sections based off their dates on the notes. Do they still look the same in the later prints, or did I make a mistake? Also, how do you know the date when those same Signature combinations are in the notes written dates section? Is there a slight difference in the design? Does them being a later issue make a difference in their value?
Thanks
Abram
