Change „Bytom, City of“ to „Beuthen, City of“ [Risolto]

Hello, 

just like my previous requests (thank you for the fast answers) I would like to request a change due to the same reasons.

If possible, please change „ Bytom-Kosel“ to „Beuthen-Kosel“ too.

Edit: 

“Nysa, City of“ can be changed to „Neisse, City of“ too.

We should follow our principles on naming, but just as a point of reference, Bytom gets more hits on acsearch than Beuthen, and Nysa gets more hits than Neisse.

The main thing is that a search on either term will give the same results.

It is good to have more names, but I would be in favor of those most used names. I added those you mentioned as searchable names for those respective issuers.
