Diameter and thickness matches the numista records. Is there errors on the coin or are there otherwise something else?

The picture in the database has the same type of overflow on it as yours and it is a PCGS photo. If you know the history of your coin I would not be worried. Yours looks like it has rust on it. This is worrisome. Does it have any magnetism? It should not be magnetic. There is always a concern with chinese coins because of the fakes made there.

The fact is, the coin has two vers:

one average is 13.5g.

another is 18.5g.

And 9.8-22.6g are all possible.
